MailerPress connects to form plugins, page builders, e-commerce plugins and automation tools. New subscribers then land in your lists automatically, with no manual import. This article shows where to find each integration and where to set it up.
Contact Form 7 works with MailerPress (free). All other official integrations below require MailerPress Pro.
Open the list of integrations
- Go to MailerPress > Integrations.
- In the left menu, click Third-party extensions. (The other view, Email Service Providers, is where you set up the service that sends your emails.)
- To narrow the list, click a filter: All, Forms, Page Builders, E-commerce or Automation.
Integrations are grouped in three sections:
- Active Integrations: the third-party plugin is active on your site. The number in brackets is how many are detected.
- Official Integrations: built by the MailerPress team, for plugins not yet active on your site.
- Community Integrations: built and maintained by the authors of the other plugin.
Official integration cards show a Compatible badge and a Free or Pro badge. View Documentation opens the matching guide. E-commerce cards also have a Configure button that opens their settings in MailerPress. Without MailerPress Pro, the cards of integrations that need it show a Go Pro button.
How integrations are turned on
There is no on/off switch on this page. An integration is available as soon as MailerPress (plus MailerPress Pro when required) and the third-party plugin are both active. You then set it up in the place listed in the table below, usually inside the form or the page builder. To stop sending data to MailerPress, remove the MailerPress settings, feed or action from your form.

Community integrations
These integrations are built by the authors of each plugin, not by MailerPress. Their features and required plan depend on that plugin, so follow its own documentation. For questions, contact that plugin’s support.
- Bit Flows (automation)
- FlowMattic (automation)
- OttoKit (automation)
- SureForms (forms)
Other ways to collect subscribers
- Subscription Form block for the WordPress block editor (MailerPress, free).
- [mailerpress_optin] shortcode for any theme or page builder (MailerPress, free).
- Embed Forms to add a sign-up form to a website that does not run WordPress (MailerPress Pro).
- Incoming webhooks (a URL another tool calls to send you data) and the public REST API, for other tools.
With double opt-in, new subscribers must click a link in a confirmation email before they are subscribed. Whether it applies depends on the integration and on MailerPress > Settings > Sign-up Confirmation. See Enable sign-up confirmation (double opt-in).
