More about SureForms

SureForms newsletter sign-up, straight to MailerPress

Each SureForms submission can add a contact to your MailerPress lists, so newsletter sign-ups arrive without a CSV import.

  • SureForms: a WordPress form builder with a native MailerPress integration.
  • On every submission: the integration acts on a MailerPress contact.
  • Community integration: built and maintained by the SureForms team, not by MailerPress.
  • In MailerPress: listed under Community Integrations in MailerPress > Integrations.

Each submission becomes a contact in your lists

The Add / Update Contact action maps your form fields and adds the person to the lists you pick.

  • Email field: required, mapped from your form.
  • Optional fields: first name, last name, phone number and other MailerPress fields.
  • Lists: one or more MailerPress lists.
  • No duplicates: an existing contact is updated instead of being created twice.
  • Example: a quote request form adds each visitor to your “Leads” list.

Let a form take people off a list

Two other actions work the other way, from removing someone from lists to deleting the contact.

  • Remove Contact from Lists: takes the person off the lists you select.
  • Delete Contact: deletes the contact.
  • Example: a form where visitors ask you to erase their data can delete the matching contact.

Test the connection before you publish

Check that contacts will reach MailerPress before the form goes live.

  • Workflow name: each form-level setup has one.
  • Three tabs: Select, Configure and Test.
  • Test Workflow: checks the setup and shows a success message.

Set it up

Turn on MailerPress once in SureForms, then add it to each form that should feed your lists.

  • Global setting: SureForms > Settings > Integrations, Add Integration, select MailerPress, turn on the toggle.
  • Per form: add the integration from the form’s Integrations tab.
  • Requirement: the MailerPress plugin installed and active.
  • SureForms plan: WordPress.org lists native integrations among SureForms Business features, so check your plan.
  • Support: questions about how it works go to SureForms support.
