Gravity Forms

Grow your Gravity Forms newsletter list from the forms you already have: a MailerPress feed sends each entry to a list, with a tag, mapped fields and conditional logic.

More about Gravity Forms

Gravity Forms newsletter sign-ups with MailerPress

Your registration, quote or event forms feed your Gravity Forms newsletter list, without CSV exports.

  • MailerPress feed: added in the settings of a Gravity Forms form.
  • Each entry: sent to a MailerPress list, with a tag and the fields you map.
  • Conditional logic: only entries that match your conditions are sent.
  • Entry notes: each entry shows whether the contact was added or updated, or an error.

Requires MailerPress Pro and Gravity Forms 1.9.12+. Read the Gravity Forms guide

Subscribe only visitors who opt in

One form can handle support requests and newsletter sign-ups, and only visitors who opt in are subscribed.

  • Conditional Logic: enable it on the feed to send only matching entries.
  • Example: send the entry only when a “Subscribe to the newsletter” checkbox is ticked.
  • Other entries: they stay in Gravity Forms and are not sent to MailerPress.

Complete contact profiles from form fields

Map your form fields to contact fields, so every entry keeps profiles complete and current.

  • Email Address: an Email or Hidden field.
  • Name: the First name and Last name fields.
  • Custom fields: any MailerPress custom field, listed by its label.
  • Example: map a “Company size” drop-down, then send an offer to a segment of larger companies.
  • Each new entry: adds or updates the contact.

Confirmed sign-ups and a note on each entry

Contacts confirm their address, and each entry tells you what happened without leaving Gravity Forms.

  • Double Opt-In: checked by default on the feed.
  • Pending first: with Sign-up Confirmation on in MailerPress, new contacts get a confirmation email.
  • Entry note: contact added or updated, or an error such as an invalid email.
  • Opt-in source: Gravity Forms, linked to the form’s entries.

Set it up

Add a MailerPress feed to any form from its Gravity Forms settings.

  • Requirements: MailerPress Pro and Gravity Forms 1.9.12 or later.
  • Where: Forms, then a form’s Settings > MailerPress.
  • New feed: click Add New.
