Bit Flows newsletter automation for MailerPress
Connect MailerPress to Bit Flows, a WordPress automation plugin, so your events start flows and flows manage your contacts.
- Both directions: a MailerPress event starts a flow, a flow updates your contacts.
- Contacts: flows can create, tag and sort your MailerPress contacts.
- Community integration: built and maintained by the Bit Flows team, not by MailerPress.
Form leads go straight into your lists
Pair Bit Flows triggers from your forms or store with MailerPress actions, and every new contact lands in the right list.
- Actions: Create or Update Contact, Add Contact to List, Add Tag to Contact.
- Triggers: any Bit Flows trigger, such as Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Form or WooCommerce.
- Example: with Bit Form, each submission adds the subscriber to a MailerPress list (Bit Flows guide).
- No CSV import: contacts arrive as each form is submitted.
Act when someone subscribes or leaves
Seven MailerPress events can start a Bit Flows flow, from a new contact to an unsubscribe.
- Contact events: Contact Created, Contact Added to List, Tag Added to Contact, Contact Unsubscribed.
- Other events: Campaign Created, List Created and Tag Created.
- Example: when a contact unsubscribes, send their details to Google Sheets or Telegram.
- WordPress hooks: the free MailerPress plugin fires one for each of these events.
Query segments and clean up contacts
Bit Flows can also read your audience and pass contacts to the next steps of a flow.
- Lookups: Get Contact by Email, Get Contacts by List, by Tag and by Segment.
- Clean-up: remove a tag or a list, or delete a contact.
- Lists and tags: create or delete them from a flow.
- Example: look up a contact by email, then pick their list with the Condition tool.
Set it up
Activate MailerPress and Bit Flows on the same site, then pick MailerPress as a trigger or an action in the flow builder.
- Free version: the MailerPress app is not part of the free Bit Flows plugin on WordPress.org.
- Plans: Bit Flows says its paid plans include all its integrations.
- Support: contact Bit Flows support for questions about how it works.
- In MailerPress: listed under Community Integrations in MailerPress > Integrations.
