Replies land in the inbox you choose
Subscribers who reply to a newsletter reach your support or sales inbox, not the sending address.
- Where: MailerPress > Settings > General, under Email senders.
- Reply-to email: the address that receives answers, such as your support inbox.
- Reply-to name: sent along with the reply-to address.
- Every email: MailerPress passes both to ToSend with each send.
Bounces and complaints taken off your list
ToSend reports bounces, and complaints if you want, so your next campaigns skip those addresses.
- Webhook: turn on Enable bounce tracking, then create a ToSend webhook for bounced events.
- Complaints: add complaint events so spam complaints also give the Bounced status.
- Signing secret: once saved in MailerPress, unsigned notifications are rejected.
- Without a secret: a bounce applies only to addresses emailed through ToSend in the last 30 days.
A sending pace for your ToSend plan
Pick the ToSend sending profile that matches your plan, from 600 to 3,000 emails an hour.
- Where: MailerPress > Settings > Sending frequency.
- Three profiles: 50, 100 (Balanced) or 250 emails every 5 minutes.
- Per hour: 600, 1,200 or 3,000 emails.
- Test error 403: invalid API key, or your ToSend account lacks credits.
- Test error 422: the sending domain is not verified.
