Emailit for your WordPress newsletter
MailerPress Pro sends your WordPress newsletter through Emailit, from your verified domain, along with your automations and confirmations.
- API key: MailerPress Pro connects to Emailit with an Emailit API key.
- Everything sent: campaigns, automation emails, sign-up confirmations and test emails, once Emailit is primary.
- Current Emailit API: used since MailerPress Pro 2.1.3, after Emailit retired its previous API.
- Sending stopped: if your Emailit emails stopped after that change, update MailerPress Pro.
- Sending pace: Emailit profiles send 50 to 150 emails per batch.

Held emails are reported, not counted as sent
When Emailit holds an email, MailerPress marks it as not sent, so your campaign results stay accurate.
- Held email: Emailit can accept an email and hold it, for example when credits run out.
- Clear error: MailerPress shows “Email accepted but held” and does not count it as sent.
- Reliable results: a campaign never looks delivered when it is not.
- What to do: check Billing in your Emailit dashboard.
Addresses that bounce stop getting campaigns
Emailit reports bounces to MailerPress, and your next campaigns skip those addresses.
- Setting: turn on Enable bounce tracking in MailerPress.
- Webhook: add the URL shown by MailerPress in Emailit, with the email.bounced event.
- Bounced status: the contact is marked Bounced and skipped by your next campaigns.
- 30-day window: only for an address MailerPress emailed through Emailit in the last 30 days.
Your Emailit audiences imported into WordPress
Bring your existing Emailit contacts into WordPress with the MailerPress Migration Center.
- Where: MailerPress > Tools > Migrations.
- Imported: Emailit audiences become lists, along with custom fields and contacts.
- Already your provider: the saved API key is reused and unsubscribed contacts are skipped.
- Not imported: tags.

- MailerPress Pro: version 2.1.3 or later, which uses the current Emailit API.
- Emailit account: with a verified sending domain.
