Know more than an email address
Extra form fields fill in contact details, ready for your segments and Personalization Tags.
- Field types: Text, Textarea, Phone, Number or Date.
- Mapping: send each field to First Name, Last Name or any MailerPress custom field.
- Example: the company name typed on your B2B landing page lands on the contact.
- Automatic names: fields named email, firstname and lastname are mapped without any setting.
Consent and double opt-in on every sign-up
Collect only confirmed, consenting sign-ups and see which form brought each contact.
- Double Opt-In: Yes by default, new contacts stay Pending until they click the confirmation link.
- Required Consent Checkbox: links to your terms or privacy policy, and the form is blocked until ticked.
- Existing subscribers: they keep their status, only lists, tags and fields are updated.
- Opt-in Source: a label such as spring-popup shows which form brought each contact.
- Redirect: Enable Redirect After Success sends new subscribers to a thank-you or download page.
Spam protection with the keys Bricks already has
Turn on a captcha in the element and it reuses the keys already saved in Bricks.
- Three captchas: Google reCAPTCHA v3, Cloudflare Turnstile or hCaptcha, in the Spam Protection section.
- Bricks keys: read from Bricks > Settings, with a red warning if one is missing.
- reCAPTCHA v3 score: submissions scoring below 0.5 are rejected.
- Honeypot: the MailerPress honeypot also applies when enabled in MailerPress > Settings > Spam Protection.

All you need is Bricks Builder and MailerPress Pro, then the guide walks you through each step.
- MailerPress Pro 1.2+: required for the MailerPress Optin Block element.
- MailerPress Pro 2.1.1+: required for forms placed in a Bricks popup.
- Bricks Builder: needed to place and style the element.
