Write and rewrite inside the email editor
Draft, shorten or translate copy next to your blocks, and nothing changes in your email until you apply the result.
- Write with AI: a chat beside your text block, for a product announcement or a warmer tone.
- AI actions: summarize, expand, adjust the tone or fix spelling on Text, Heading, Button and List blocks.
- Ask AI: any instruction, such as “translate into Spanish”.
- Apply: your email changes only when you click Apply.
Subject lines, A/B variations and automations
OpenAI suggests what subscribers see first in the inbox, rewrites your A/B copy and builds workflows from a description.
- Subject and preview: Generate with AI suggests up to 60 and 130 characters from your content.
- A/B variation: copy and calls to action rewritten, design kept.
- Create with AI: describe an automation and get the workflow.
- Example: “tag new subscribers and send them a welcome email two days later”.
- Missing details: the AI asks questions before building the workflow.
Email images, saved to your Media Library
Describe a visual in an Image block, refine it, then insert it in your email from the Media Library.
- AI generation: click it in an Image block and describe the visual.
- Formats: 1:1, 2:3 or 3:2.
- Variations: refine with a request like “warmer colors, same layout”, then compare the versions.
- Use this image: uploads it to the Media Library and inserts it.
- Existing images: start from an image already in your email.

Set it up
Paste your OpenAI key in the AI settings, then decide how much AI the site can use each month.
- Where: MailerPress > Settings > AI Settings.
- Two keys: paste it under Text AI and again under Image AI, each view stores its own.
- Limit AI: under AI Usage, one cap for the whole site.
- Example cap: 500 AI actions and 100 images per month.
- Permissions: only administrators can use AI by default.
