Text only: pair it with an image provider
In MailerPress, Mistral writes text but does not generate images, so pick a second provider for your visuals.
- Separate settings: Text AI and Image AI are configured independently.
- OpenAI: GPT Image 2.0 for the images of your emails.
- Gemini Image: Nano Banana for the images of your emails.
- Separate keys: each provider keeps its own API key.
Draft, correct and translate your emails
Work on your copy in a chat beside each text block, in the language your newsletter is written in.
- Write with AI: Improve clarity, Fix grammar, Make it shorter, Warmer tone, or your own request.
- Your language: the AI answers in the language of your request, such as French, German or Spanish.
- AI actions: summarize or expand a whole block.
- Ask AI: handles a translation.
Subject lines, A/B copy and automations
Mistral also writes what subscribers see in the inbox, rewrites test variations and builds workflows from a description.
- Subject line: Generate with AI writes up to 60 characters from your email.
- Preview text: up to 130 characters.
- A/B variation: copy rewritten, layout kept.
- Automations: Create with AI and Add steps with AI build a workflow from a description.
- Limit AI: caps the site, for example at 100 AI actions per month.
Set it up
Create a key in the Mistral console, then choose Mistral and a model in the MailerPress text settings.
- Where: MailerPress > Settings > AI Settings > Text AI, then click Mistral.
- Model: pick one of the five, then paste the key.
- Permissions: AI features need the Use AI permission, given to administrators by default.
