You can design the MailerPress manage subscription and unsubscribed pages to match your site. Choose which WordPress page displays each flow, then use MailerPress Pro to style the shared screens in a live editor.
Choose the pages for subscription management and unsubscribing
Open MailerPress Settings. Under Manage Subscription page and Unsubscribe page, use the default MailerPress page or select a WordPress page for each flow. Any custom page you select must contain the shortcode.
The manage subscription link opens the subscriber’s preferences, and saving them leads to a confirmation screen. The unsubscribe link opens a confirmation screen before showing the unsubscribed result. These screens are generated by the shortcode on the selected page.
Open the MailerPress Pages editor
With MailerPress Pro active, select Design pages from the page settings or open Settings โ MailerPress Pages. Turn on Use MailerPress design to apply the editor’s styles to the shortcode screens. Without Pro, you can still choose the WordPress pages, but the MailerPress Pages design controls are unavailable.
The Manage, Confirmed, Confirm unsubscribe, and Unsubscribed tabs switch the live preview between stages of the subscriber flow. They share one set of saved design settings, so review how each stage looks as you work.
Customize the shared design
Start with a design in Presets, or choose a structure in Layout. Selecting a preset resets earlier fine tuning, while any Custom CSS remains. Then adjust the available controls:
- Colors: set a brand color, page and card backgrounds, text and border colors, or a background image.
- Layout: set the container width and Page shell. Choose a fullscreen view without the theme header and footer, or display the page inside your current theme.
- Typography & shape, Buttons, and Logo: refine the text, controls, and branding.
- Custom CSS: add further styling if needed.
These settings change the appearance of all four shortcode screens. They do not change subscriber information or create separate designs for the individual tabs.
Review the unsubscribed screen and save
Switch to Unsubscribed and check the result in both desktop and mobile preview. You can also inspect Confirmed and Confirm unsubscribe. Changes appear immediately in the live preview, but are not published until you select Save settings.
Use Preview to open the selected public screen in a new tab when a page is configured. This preview simulates the screen; the subscriber’s actual journey starts from the manage subscription or unsubscribe link supplied by MailerPress.
