With MailerPress Pro, Conditional display lets you show different email block content to contacts who meet audience conditions. You can apply it to a text, heading, image, button, section, or another supported block.
Add a conditional variant
Select a block in the email editor and open Conditional display. In the main plugin, this panel is locked with an Upgrade to Pro prompt. The panel is unavailable when the selected block, or a block containing it, is locked.
Select Add variant. The original block becomes Default content; the new version is Variant 1. Choose Show personalized content to display different content when its conditions match.
Set audience conditions and edit the content
Under Audience conditions, select Add condition. Choose a Field, a Comparison, and a value. Add at least one condition: a variant without conditions never matches.
Available fields include Engagement status (Good, Neutral, or Bad), Tag, List, Signup date, Days since signup, and custom fields. Comparison options depend on the field type. When WooCommerce is active, you can also use Purchase history, Order count, and Total spent, including whether a contact has purchased a selected product.
For multiple conditions, use All (AND) to require every condition or Any (OR) to accept any one of them. Edit the variant directly in the canvas, or choose Hide this block for matching contacts. MailerPress uses the first matching variant; if none matches, it shows Default content.
Test the personalized email
Open Test with a contact, enter an existing contactโs address in Contact email, and select Send. MailerPress sends a personalized test email and indicates whether it found a matching variant or used Default content.
When the campaign is sent, content is rendered for each contact. The public view of a campaign shows the default content.
